Shade Foresythe Managing Director

Shade Foresythe is the Managing Director of our pioneering microlending company, bringing over 20 years of distinguished experience across finance and investment sectors. A Chartered Accountant with impeccable credentials, she holds a BA in Accounting & Finance from the University of South Wales, an Executive MBA from Pan Atlantic University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science & Business Analytics.

Her impressive career spans investment banking, asset management, private equity, agriculture and real estate, where she has consistently demonstrated exceptional financial leadership. She has spearheaded financial strategies for projects valued up to £100 million and managed assets exceeding US$530 million, positioning her perfectly to lead our microlending vision, where her innovative approach to financial inclusion will drive sustainable growth.

As a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Shade brings unparalleled financial acumen to our operations. Her cross-sector experience enhances our ability to serve diverse client needs in underserved markets.

Arthur Queen Esther Chief Operating Officer

A dynamic Brand/Communications Expert with over 10 years of rich, cross-sector experience spanning the advertising, banking, and petroleum industries. Queen brings a well-rounded expertise in brand strategy, digital transformation, creative strategy, and customer relationship management.

For six years, she was a marketing officer in the banking sector, where she managed a portfolio valued at nearly ten-billion-naira, leading initiatives that drove client growth, deepened customer loyalty, and boosted revenue. Before that, Queen served as Head of Event Coordination and Government Stakeholder Management at Chorus Energy, a subsidiary of Swift Oil Ltd., strengthening relationships with key public sector stakeholders.

Currently, as Marketing Lead and Programmes Advisor at NIBS University, Queen is focused on amplifying the university's presence across West Africa, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving student recruitment efforts. Fluent in Fantse, Twi, and Yoruba, she excels in multicultural communication that supports brand growth and stakeholder engagement.

Georgina Agbajoh is the Chief Financial Officer. With more than 15 years of experience in financial planning, investment strategy, and capital management, Georgina brings exceptional expertise and vision to her role, helping drive sustainable growth and impact in the financial services sector.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and MBA graduate from Ryerson University, Canada, Georgina has successfully managed business portfolios ranging from $500 million to $2 billion across a range of industries. Her deep understanding of financial systems, risk assessment, and strategic investment has made her a trusted leader in both corporate finance and community-driven economic initiatives.

At Honest Access, she leads financial operations with a strong commitment to transparency, efficiency, and innovation. Georgina's personal values — rooted in integrity and genuine care for others — guide her leadership style and dedication to fostering financial inclusion in underserved communities across Nigeria.
